The remaining time is devoted to personalised diagnosis and professional finishing.

Do gift cards have an expiry date?

Chōwa gift cards have no expiry date. The recipient can choose when to enjoy their experience, with advance booking subject to availability.

When will I receive my personalised digital gift card?

We send gift cards every day, including Sundays, from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. If you place your order during these hours, you will receive it in approximately 15 minutes. Orders placed outside these hours will be processed from 8:00 am the following day.

How will I receive my digital gift card?

Your personalised gift card will be sent via WhatsApp to the number you provide when placing your order.

When does the XL hair supplement apply?

The XL hair supplement applies to hair that extends below chest level, or reaches chest level and is particularly thick or dense.
